The air-water cooling system is specifically designed for high and low voltage inverters, SVG, SVC, transformer cabinets, capacitor cabinets, reactor cabinets, and other equipment. It is efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving.The hot air expelled from the inverter cabinet is directed into the air-water cooling unit through an air duct. In this unit, cold water with a temperature lower than 33°C is used to transfer the heat from the hot air to the cold water via the air-water heat exchanger. During this process, the heat is carried away by circulating cooling water, converting it into cool air. This cooled air is then returned to the inverter room through a booster fan, forming a closed-loop cooling system. This solution not only ensures that the environment temperature inside the high-voltage inverter control room remains below 40°C but also maintains the cleanliness and dryness of the indoor air. By preventing external dust from entering, the air-water cooling equipment effectively avoids the negative impact of the external environment on the operation of the inverter, providing a solid guarantee for the stable and safe operation of the inverter.
